Venue Introduction

Hall 8 of IMPACT Exhibition Center Bangkok is one of the core halls of IMPACT, featuring high-standard professional exhibition space among Southeast Asia's venues. It regularly hosts large-scale industrial, technology and consumer expos.

The pillar-free Hall 8 covers approximately 6,000 square meters with a maximum ceiling height of 21 meters. It is equipped with load-bearing hanging point systems and a floor load capacity of around 2,000 kg per square meter. Large cargo access doorways allow commercial vehicles and heavy machinery to enter and exit directly, making it ideal for all types of large exhibitions and events.

This venue hosts flagship industry expos across Southeast Asia, including Building Construction Technology Expo and ASEAN Light + Design Expo. The single hall can accommodate tens of thousands of daily visitors, fully meeting the demands of large-scale exhibitions, industry summits and related events.

The 2026 Thailand Fasteners & Hardware Tools Exhibition is a landmark industry event for the hardware and tools sector in Thailand and the wider ASEAN region. It brings together exhibitors and buyers from across the globe and is purpose-built for Thailand's and ASEAN's fastener & hardware industries. Co-located with the Thailand International Hardware, Electromechanical Trade & Tools Expo, the expo partners with local professional hardware retail malls in Thailand to deliver a high-quality, brand-focused trading platform for fasteners and hardware. It provides established and new hardware & tools exhibitors with premium promotion channels and marketing opportunities to support Chinese fastener manufacturers' overseas expansion into ASEAN.

As a council member unit of the China Fastener Industry Association (CFIA) of China General Machine Components Industry Association, the company operates exhibitions under the guidance and management of the CFIA. We adhere to our core mission: "Host expos for the fastener industry, serve fastener enterprises, and deliver refined, high-standard services for fastener conferences and exhibitions." Our team boasts extensive operational experience in fastener expos. With 16 years of dedicated experience in fastener exhibition organization, we have built comprehensive capabilities in event management, buyer organization, visitor attraction, on-site operation, marketing promotion and supporting services. The International Fastener Show China (held every May) is a flagship international fastener exhibition organized by Shanghai Afastener Exhibition Co., Ltd.

It serves as Vice Chairman unit of Zhejiang International Convention and Exhibition Industry Association and Chairman unit of Jiaxing Convention and Exhibition Association. It is a group specialized in domestic and overseas exhibitions and conferences, controlling seven subsidiaries and companies across Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Jiaxing, Haiyan and other cities. The elite core team has over 20 years of collective experience in exhibition organization, characterized by innovation, efficiency and pragmatism. The core business covers self-organized and co-hosted exhibitions at home and abroad, spanning over 20 countries and regions across Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia, covering sectors including hardware fasteners, new energy, auto parts and industrial electromechanics.

Our flagship China (Jiaxing) International Fastener Industry Expo has run for 18 editions, winning honors including Top 10 Brand Exhibitions and Top 10 High-Quality Exhibitions in Zhejiang Province. We have also hosted 8 editions of the Shanghai Spring Fastener Show (co-located with hardware expos) and 6 editions synchronized with Phase 1 of Canton Fair. The company has received national-level China Exhibition Star Award and provincial-level China Innovative Exhibition Enterprise Award.
