Ji'nan Star Fastener Co., Ltd., located in the beautiful spring city of Ji'nan, Shandong Province, is one of the key fastener enterprises in Shandong Province and an executive director unit of the China Fastener Professional Association.

The company is mainly engaged in producing fastener products, including fish bolts, screw spikes, square bolts, T bolts, hex head bolts, hex flange bolts, round head square neck bolts, semi-round head oval neck bolts, U bolts, anchor bolts, track bolts, hex countersunk head wood screws, hex screws, hex square nuts, and various washers for railways. The product standards include German Standard (DIN), Australian Standard, Japanese Standard (JIS), Chinese National Standard (GB), and American Standard (ANSI). Product specifications range from M6 to M39 (1/4" to 1-1/2"). The performance grades include 4.6, 4.8, 5.8, 6.8, 8.8, 10.9, and 12.9 (Grade 2, Grade 5, Grade 8, and Grade 10). Surface treatments include zinc plating (Cr3+), phosphating, hot-dip galvanizing, and color galvanizing. The annual production capacity is 20,000 tons of fasteners.

The company has advanced domestic and international multi-station cold heading machines and various fastener manufacturing equipment, including controlled atmosphere annealing furnaces, mesh belt heat treatment furnaces, electro-galvanizing production lines, hot galvanizing production lines, and blackening production lines. The company has strong technical capabilities and complete quality testing equipment, ensuring that products meet both industry standards and customer requirements.
