Before E-Chain Industrial Co., Ltd. was established, the majority of our business was under the trading company Superior Quality Fastener Co., Ltd., which was founded in 1998. We provided a wide range of components, from standardized to customized screws, nuts, and fasteners, tailored to individual customer requirements. In order to keep up with trends and satisfy customer demand, we acquired the TUV/ISO 9001 quality certification in 2001. With more than ten years of experience, a deep understanding of customer needs, and strong cooperation with outsourcing partners, we have become experts in providing the best products and after-sales service.

However, the overall economic conditions change rapidly, and this forces not only customized products to become stricter but also increases the volume of standard parts entering China. By improving quality control, ensuring better delivery, and enhancing customer service, we can assure and maintain the competitiveness of both our customers and ourselves.

To upgrade our competitiveness, we pursued company transformation. We began searching for a suitable manufacturing base. After acquiring land, laying out the plant, and setting up production, our factory E-Chain was established at the Benchou Industrial Park, Gangshan Dist., Kaohsiung, in 2008. The factory is oriented toward professional fastener manufacturing. Based on this focus, we worked hard to obtain the ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 9001 certificates in May 2009. In addition to producing construction screws, automobile parts, carriage bolts, machine screws, wooden screws, self-drilling screws, weld nuts, bushings, multi-stage parts, stamping parts, and CNC parts, we also specialize in customized parts per print.

We have purchased various machines for production, such as multi-stage screw and nut formers, thread rolling machines, thread attacking machines, and CNC machines. Our laboratory is well-equipped with a tensile testing machine (made in Japan), a microhardness tester (made in Japan), a 2.5D measuring machine, a mounting machine (made in the USA), a twin-wheel grinder (made in the USA), a salt spray test machine, a height gauge, a concentricity gauge tester, and a roughness test machine. These advanced tools meet customers' requirements for high-quality products.

Today, E-Chain focuses on customized product development, manufacturing, and quality control in coordination with SQF, which focuses on product sourcing and customer service. In this way, we can ensure that we offer the best-qualified products and the most competitive prices in the shortest time possible.

Company History

1998: Superior Quality Fastener Co., Ltd. was founded in Kaohsiung.

2001: SQF obtained the ISO 9001 certificate.

2008: E-Chain Co., Ltd. was founded in the Benchou Industrial Park, Gangshan Dist., focused on manufacturing customized fasteners. The company’s capital amounted to US$3.1 million, with a plant area of 2,695 m² and 25 employees.

2009: E-Chain obtained the ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 9001 certificates.
