To expand our capacity and better serve the increasing needs of our customers in the growing market, we established SOFASCO IND. (M) SDN. BHD. in June 1989. SOFASCO is a well-organized plant with ISO 9002 certification. Its main products include carbon steel screws, stainless steel screws, and our patented products. Combining state-of-the-art products with efficient production, advanced computerization, R&D, and professional management, SOFASCO provides top-quality fasteners at the most competitive prices.
In addition to its other credentials, the SOFASCO plant was accredited with TS16949: 2002, an automotive Sector-Specific Quality Management System, in June 2005. With these and other qualifications, Shan Yin's factories are capable of meeting most fastener needs in the automotive industry. Since our plant's certification, Shan Yin has developed into a premier supplier of fasteners for the automotive industry. Maintaining and advancing Shan Yin's position as a professional supplier of auto parts in a highly competitive and profitable global market is one of our primary goals.
To further expand our manufacturing capabilities, we built our most recent plant in 2007. The 172,800 square foot facility is modern, well-equipped, and environmentally friendly.
