Business Description
NAFCO was founded in October 1997. We are primarily engaged in the manufacture of fastener products for the aerospace, electronics, and high-end industrial sectors.
In 2001 and 2003, NAFCO was granted certifications by GE, a world-renowned aircraft engine manufacturer in the United States, and Snecma, part of Europe’s Safran Group. Since then, NAFCO has become the only certified manufacturer of aerospace engine fasteners in the Asia-Pacific region. The company has since established supply chain relationships with major domestic and international firms, including AVIO, AVIALL, IHI, SAMSUNG, EATON, FAURECIA, INFASTECH, and others.
Always focusing on the latest technologies, we continuously improve our production processes in areas such as castle nut slotting, pre-bulb forming techniques, stainless steel deep counter-bore forming, dual-axis tapping, partial silver plating, precision forming, quick die change, and nut crimping. These innovations are helping us establish a strong position in the global aerospace and automotive fastener markets.
In 1998, NAFCO secured ISO 9001 certification and introduced the AS 9100 aerospace quality system standard in 2004. We also received NADCAP and several customer-specific process certifications. Additionally, our Metallic Material Laboratory earned S400 and FAL448 certifications from our customers. Our quality management system is developed and implemented based on customer demands, ensuring that we consistently meet our customers’ expectations.
