Zhangjiagang City Jinli Standard Fastener Co., Ltd., also known as Zhangjiagang Second Standard Parts Factory, is a specialized company engaged in the production and manufacturing of standard fasteners and construction hardware. It is an enterprise approved by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, with the right to import and export, and is the first domestic manufacturer to be registered and issued an "Acknowledgment Certificate" by the Japan Housing/Wood Technology Center in Japan.
The company was founded in 1987, covering an area of 45,000 square meters with a building area of 28,000 square meters. Its total assets amount to 90 million RMB, and net assets are 45 million RMB. The company owns more than 300 professional production equipment units, including cold heading, hot forging, cold drawing, stamping, heat treatment, sewage treatment facilities, and more. It is also equipped with testing devices such as tensile testers, hardness testers, metallographic microscopes, flaw detectors, and a physical and chemical laboratory.

The standards followed include GB (China), DIN (Germany), BS (UK), ANSI (USA), and JIS (Japan). Performance grades range from 4.6, 4.8, 6.8, 8.8, 10.9 to 12.9. Currently, the company has an annual production capacity of 40,000 tons of fasteners, with 50% of its products exported to Europe, the U.S., and Japan. The product quality has received widespread praise from domestic and international users.
