Thanks to modern warehousing systems, we are able to stock a wide variety of eyebolts, straight and bent screw hooks, scaffolding eyes and much more in our extensive standard range. This enables us to guarantee our customers extremely fast availability.

QUALITY

Quality has been a central issue for us not only since our DIN EN ISO 9001 certification in 1997. In a time of constantly increasing quality demands, trained personnel and modern measuring technology ensure a consistently high level of quality. This applies equally to our production items and purchased parts. We even provide X-Ray reports for your orders on request.

With our in-house tool shop and three experienced toolmakers, we can also respond quickly to individual requirements. Our expertise includes both the manufacture of new tools and the repair of production machines.

PRODUCTION

As one of the few companies with its own production facilities, we have decades of experience and an extensive range of machinery. We respond flexibly to your requirements, whether fully automated large-scale production or small batches in multi-step production.

Bending

With over 30 bending machines, we are able to realize your product requirements, from simple square hooks to TÜV-certified safety swing hooks. Between 1.8 mm and 14.0 mm in diameter, we bend iron, brass and stainless wire in a wide variety of designs.

Milling

For small batches in particular, metal-cutting milling can still be an interesting option for many customer requirements. Not least because of the attractive set-up times, or simply because a milled thread is required.

Rolling
Of course, we also manufacture your bent parts with threads, even in small batches with a high degree of flexibility. With our semi-automatic and fully automatic machines, we roll wood and metric threads based on a wide variety of standards.
