Dongbo Fastener Co., Ltd., located in the Ningguo Economic and Technical Development Zone, Anhui Province, was founded in September 2005. Covering an area of 66,667 square meters, the company employs over 350 workers and has an output value exceeding 110 million RMB. Its predecessor, Rui'an Fastener Second Factory, was established in 1978.
As a leading manufacturer of circlips in China, Dongbo boasts more than 35 years of experience in the production of circlips and washers, adhering to standards such as GB, DIN, ANSI, and JIS. With a monthly capacity of over 150 million pieces, we maintain good stock levels, particularly for DIN 471 and 472 circlips, allowing for prompt deliveries as requested.
Dongbo stands out from other manufacturers with the advanced AGC cold rolling mill, acquired in October 2010, which has an annual capacity of 18,000 tons, enabling precise control over steel thickness.
Our team includes over 40 senior technical and management staff, and we collaborate with Hefei University of Technology on technological advancements. We also have our own mold processing workshop, capable of designing, producing, and repairing molds.
The company is equipped with more than 100 punching units, including 15 full-automatic punches in our punching workshop. Our heat treatment workshop features 2 mesh-belt isothermal furnaces, 1 oil quenching furnace, and 3 tempering furnaces. Additionally, our surface treatment workshop houses 20 sets of equipment, including phosphate and black coating production lines, while our grinder workshop contains 7 precision grinders.
Dongbo efficiently delivers products worldwide through Shanghai Port. We have established a robust quality management system with a dedicated quality management department, earning the TS16979 certification in December 2010. Our laboratory is equipped with advanced inspection tools, including a salt spray testing machine, metallographic analyzer, carbon and sulfur analyzer, elasticity tester, hydraulic tensile tester, and hardness tester, supported by over 20 quality control staff to ensure product quality.
Our products are primarily used in automobiles, wind power generation, engineering machinery, marine equipment, machine tools, water pumps, dynamos, and electric tools. We supply esteemed fastener distributors such as Anixter, Wurth, Bossard and Arvid Nilsson, exporting to Europe, the Americas, Argentina, Brazil, Turkey, Korea, and beyond.
