Business Description
Ningbo Situo Fastener Co., Ltd. is located in the Zhenhai District of Ningbo, China. We are a professional manufacturer of fasteners with over 25 years of experience.
We operate two full sets of hot forging equipment, 20 multi-location automatic cold forging machines, one line for automatic heat treatment production, and four advanced CNC machines, along with a laboratory equipped for comprehensive testing.
Currently, we have 50 staff members and utilize an ERP management system, supported by a complete modern production management system. We primarily produce high-strength and high-quality fasteners that are widely used in industries such as tractors, automobiles, construction, energy, heavy machinery, transportation, bridges, and oil pipelines.
Our monthly production capacity is 1,000 tons, and we manufacture standard fasteners in accordance with various standards, including GB, DIN, ISO, ANSI/ASTM/SAE/IFI, AS, BS, UNI, and JIS.

Grades: CL4.8, 5.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, 2, 5, 8
Surface Coatings: Black, Zinc plated, Yellow zinc plated, Phosphate HDG, Dacromet, Nickel plating, Electric Zinc, etc.
