Yapı - Turkeybuild Istanbul is the Premier Meeting Point for the Construction Industry in 2025!

Yapı – Turkeybuild Istanbul, one of the five largest construction exhibitions in the world and the strongest cooperation platform in the region, which plays a major role in establishing new collaborations, was attended by 437 exhibitors and 765 brands from 19 countries. Over four days, it hosted 408 VIP Hosted Buyers from 62 countries. In total, Yapı – Turkeybuild Istanbul welcomed 43,592 visitors from 126 countries.




Yapı – Turkeybuild Istanbul, which attracts buyers from the Middle East, Central Asia, and North Africa in addition to those from Türkiye, hosted 43,592 visitors, 5,487 of which are foreign visitors from 126 countries in Istanbul. Yapı – Turkeybuild Istanbul, which is among the world's largest construction, construction material, and technology exhibitions, hosted 437 exhibitors and 765 brands.  The exhibition drew significant attention, recording a 24% increase in visitor density compared to last year.


Yapı – Turkeybuild Istanbul, which brought representatives of the global construction and building sector to Istanbul between April 16-19, took place with a busy schedule from its first day to its last day. Yapı – Turkeybuild Istanbul, where discussions on trends in the construction sector took place alongside exhibitions showcasing the latest construction technologies, acted as an ideal platform for sector specialists to exchange current information, in addition to the unique export opportunities it provides to its exhibitors.

408 VIP Hosted Buyers from 62 Countries Attend Yapı - Turkeybuild Istanbul for New Collaborations


Yapı - Turkeybuild Istanbul, to which high numbers of exhibitors and visitors attended, was at the center of the global construction sector's interest. Top-ranking, executive decision-makers were invited to Türkiye under the "VIP Hosted Buyer" program by ICA Events. Hosting 408 VIP Hosted Buyers from 62 countries for four days, the exhibition attracted a total of 43,592 visitors, 13% of whom were international. This year, Yapı - Turkeybuild Istanbul welcomed exhibitors from Italy, Austria, China, Russia, Thailand, the Republic of Korea, Portugal, Egypt, Georgia, the Czech Republic, and Azerbaijan.


Yapı - Turkeybuild Exhibition Events Helped Construct the Future of the Industry


Over the course of the 4 days of Yapı – Turkeybuild Istanbul, 85 speakers participated in more than 30 events, addressing key topics shaping the sector. These included architecture, innovative approaches in design and artificial intelligence, sustainability, and building materials, with each day dedicated to a different theme.


The Golden Magnet Stand Design Awards Find Their Rightful Owners


The traditional Golden Magnet Stand Design Awards of the 47th Yapı - Turkeybuild Istanbul were presented at a ceremony held on the second day of the event. At the ceremony, Petek Kontrplak received the Honorable Mention Award, while Tokyay Kereste Orman Ürünleri was awarded First Prize, Buschmann Tools received Second Prize, and Tantimber – Tanwood Orman Ürünleri took Third Prize.

Special Exhibition Tours with Expert Architects and Yapı Tech Garage for Start-ups


Yapı Master Class, the seventh annual event of Yapı - Turkeybuild Istanbul, provided visitors with an interactive exhibition experience alongside architects. Visitors registered for Yapı Master Class visited exhibitor booths among various product groups within the exhibition venue accompanied by the moderators and engaged in discussions centered around the daily theme.


Visitors had the opportunity to directly contact with the master architects and engineers as the guests of the event as well as taking advantage of their experiences. At Yapı Tech Garage, start-ups offering groundbreaking ideas to the sector had the opportunity to exhibit their innovative products.




Bookings Have Already Started for the 2026 Yapı - Turkeybuild Istanbul!


Preparations for the 48th Yapı - Turkeybuild Istanbul to take place in 2026 have already begun. As a result of the intense collaboration meetings that took place throughout the 4 days of the exhibition, most of the exhibitors participating in the exhibition from various countries this year have already booked their places for Yapı - Turkeybuild Istanbul, scheduled to take place from April 27th to 30th, 2026.
