In-house Design, Engineering, and Prototyping
At Heyco, our well-trained and experienced engineers have access to the latest AutoCAD, Pro-E, mold flow analysis software, and hardware for product design, modification, and rapid prototyping. In addition to expert advice and technical assistance aimed at helping customers reduce material and production costs, we continually reinvest in the latest technologies and resources to provide the fastest turnaround and shortest delivery times in the industry.
Mold Engineering and Tool Design
Heyco's expertise in mold engineering and tool design ensures that all injection molds and stamping dies are of superior quality, providing longer tool life and high-quality molding and stamping performance.
Our state-of-the-art equipment, extensive knowledge of the latest injection molding and stamping technologies, and practical processing experience benefit our customers by reducing the time and cost of molds and dies used for high-volume product production.
Manufacturing Capabilities
Heyco's molded manufacturing area includes over 22,000 square feet of climate-controlled manufacturing space, designed for efficient material flow. More than twenty state-of-the-art closed-loop injection molding machines utilize the latest technology to continuously monitor the molding process. This process, combined with our centralized raw material conveying and desiccant drying system, ensures consistent high-quality products. In addition to standard 6/6 nylon, Heyco can mold polycarbonate, high-temperature 4/6 nylon, halogen-free VO nylon, polypropylene, and other materials. We can also provide custom-colored products and even customize parts with your company logo or trademark.
Beyond our core product line of 110V and 220V power components, our modern, efficient high-speed stamping production room and well-trained technicians can produce a variety of custom-stamped parts. High-speed application equipment speeds up our product usage and saves you money. Additionally, our on-site tool shop offers fast turnaround for tool maintenance, repair, and modification.
