Yin Shin Hardware Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 1985 and officially registered in 1987. The company initially focused on the manufacturing of various types of screw nuts, including length and thin screw nuts, as well as hardware for construction, iron pipes, spare parts, and casing pipes. Over the years, the company expanded its product offerings and, in the past six years, began manufacturing skeleton spare parts for motorcycles.

In 1998, Yin Shin expanded its operations internationally by setting up a branch in Dongguan, China. Although the business was initially set up as a mutual fund without a dedicated production department, Yin Shin quickly realized that outsourcing to standard factories did not meet its high-quality standards, especially for the motorcycle market. As a result, the company established its own manufacturing department to better control quality and strengthen its brand image, ensuring that it could meet the rigorous demands of its customers.

Today, Yin Shin's primary markets are Mainland China and Southeast Asia, where it continues to provide high-quality products and services.
