Since our founding in 1972, we have been manufacturing stainless steel fasteners with a focus on speed and quality.

When I took over as president from the current chairman, I pondered the company's founding motto, "Let's create a company that is bright and peaceful like the sun, strong and resilient, valuable and beneficial to the world," and asked myself what I should do now.

The answer I arrived at was "Nurture needs and create the needs of the next generation ourselves!"

In other words, in this information-saturated age, I thought that "true service cannot be provided by simply chasing needs!"

The times are always changing, and in response to this, we need to constantly "evolve" our "internal structure that can respond flexibly" and our innovative production technology development through "innovative ideas."

And above all, I feel the need to develop human resources that make the most of their individuality.
