Company Introduction

DICHA FASTENERS MFG. CO., LTD. was founded in the year 1984, working in the field of fastener hardware industry over 30 years.

​Mainly producing the die casting and stamping products. To meet consistent quality standards, we have replaced some process by automation.

Also upgrade the machinery and equipment in order to increase the capacity and stability to the maximum production.

Facility Introduction

The plant owns one 165T and ten sets of 80T die-casting machines.

Punching machines:

80T X1, 60T X1, 35T X1, 30T X2, 25T X1, 15T X5, 12T X2

4 sets of nail making machine.

6 sets of head/rolling machine, maximum length of product up to 202mm, available in Mushroom/Hexagon/Round and Flat head machine/ tapping screw.

Processing Department

9 sets of automatic tapping machines and 14 sets of manual tapping machines.

4 welding machines and 7 custom assemble machines.

We cover all production processes within the factory, in order to reduce the cost of processing and make the price competitive.
