For almost 30 years Batching Systems, Inc. (BSI) has specialized in providing product filling machinery by count, weight, or volume to a wide variety of industries. Our systems are highly engineered and rugged, reliable and precise count accuracy, while at the same time providing maximum operational flexibility. Our patented filling equipment is manufactured in a 54,000 square foot facility located in Southern Maryland where we have fully staffed engineering, service, fabrication, assembly, and administrative functions. Our associates have an average of 20+ years experience and knowledge in the packaging industry.

Our mission is to provide customers with accurate high-speed filling equipment and turnkey packaging solutions of the highest quality and dependability. Using our patented dual view scanning technology, our systems can “see” products before packaging to ensure your customers receive only items that are whole, wrapped, connected – whatever is required. Our patented Batchmaster® Counters and Weighers can be used in semi-automatic mode or integrated for fully automated production with virtually any bagger, conveyor, or container equipment.

The BSI product line also includes a variety of Bagmaster® Vertical Form, Fill, and Seal Baggers that are designed specifically for heavy duty fastener applications. Electronic equipment upgrade packages which provide increased reliability, versatility, and speed are available for all BSI machinery. These upgrade packages can be utilized with older BSI systems and other brand filling equipment.
